will fluid restriction regime damage me

in Prostate Cancer #1
hi from UK. after 3 sessions of chemo with taxotore developed acute pancreatitis and finally discharged with heart failure.Part of recovery is fluid restriction to 2 liters per 24 hours.that includes all fluids ,drinks-soups-etc. very difficult to maintain and dehydrating.As part of my diet for my prostate cancer,5+5 gleason,psa at present 19.85,on monthly leuprolin,10 yr plus survivor I have always drunk plenty of water.I am now concerned this regime will damage me as urine now always dark. all help welcome davey 76
