surgery again..Nov 28th

in Breast Cancer #1
saw the surgeon today-scheduled surgery the first date I could get! I am getting partial mastectomy (aka Lumpectomy) same side as 4 1/2 yr ago. spot can be seen on ultra sound but not mammos...

    Well, I am sorry you have to go through the whole process again. I certainly hope the surgery goes well and they find out it is not cancer. I will be thinking of you.

    I also remember you and I being dx with DCIS and take tamox.I didn't have chemo or radiation but I remember you having radiation(something I preferred) but my doctors felt it was fine just starting tamoxifin after my lumpectomies.2 benign tumors were found during my cancer and check margin surgeries.Its been a roller coaster for both of us.You also had to stop tamox for a few months.

    Yes be sure and get the Pink Bus.It will be full.
