What questions should I ask surgeon tomorrow am?

in Breast Cancer #1
after mammo, ultra sound, biopsy-99% sure surgery to remove area that can be seen on ultra sound but not mammo (clip can not be seen either in mammo)

so far my list:

how long out of work

why can't clip be seen?

difference in general surgeon vs breast (first time I had general this one breast)

I want all susupicious area out with good margin of helathy tissue as well
