Fallopian tube - recently diagnosed

Hi all,

I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in Sept. Found out when I developed fluid on my right lung (pleural effusion) that wasn't lung cancer. Many tests later and after a hysterectomy it turned out to be fallopian tube cancer. I'm 64, so I fit the profile, unlike some of you.
I started chemotherapy yesterday - taxol, carboplatin, Avastin) for 18 weeks. I may have to have a "chest mass" removed mid-treatment. My gyn oncologist is hoping that will shrink.
My CA-125 pre-surgery was 1140. Post-surgery was 740 last week. When I look at many of your counts I have a long way to go! Glad I found this group!
