I also experienced severe leg cramps during the night from taking Tamoxifen. I was told about Trace Minerals Electrolyte Stamina, that I purchased from my local health food store. At bedtime I started taking 6 pills for two nights, then 5 pills for two nights, etc, working down to 3 pills which I have maintained. This has completely stopped the leg cramps from happening. I checked with my oncologist and she said it was fine to take. I also throw in a bar of soap in between the sheets too, just for good measure. A friend of mine was also experiencing the leg cramps from taking Tamoxifen and she started taking the Electrolyte Stamina and she is amazed at how well it works.

Hope this works for you too!

Not selling or hawking this product
Absolutely not. A friend told me about this product and it WORKS. Just doing a service for those people who are experiencing the same severe leg cramps that I had.

    Not doing a 'service' at
Not doing a 'service' at all. There are many reasons that some deal with leg/foot cramps. I deal with low K (potassium) which I have to take mega K for to keep in norm range. I am not low in anything else mineral wise so I take what is needed. Balance is important. I also have issues (have had for years) with low Vit. D and B so I deal with those issues on their own. Taking one (or 6) multi pills can not give me what I need (or most) need.

Again I will say you are hawking a product in your first post. It is not "doing a service' (actually to have used those words prove that it's just another scam).

    Leg cramps
I have been experiencing leg cramps day and night since being put on a low dose diuretic for high B/P. When I had severe food poisoning with violent vomiting, the cramps were unbearable. At the hospital they found my potassium level to be "at crtical level" and I was given liquid potassium, which I fortunately managed to keep down. I wasn't released from the hospital until the potassium level return to nearly normal. When I had a blood test some weeks before my oncologiist noticed low potassium levels, he suggested I should drink coconut water every day, as it contains lots of potassium. Found that at the local grocery store. As soon as poor gut and tummy settles, I will get back to it and also check with internist to see what else I can do.

    ???
Not meaning to be rude, why is your son on tamoxifen? I know I'm not the brightest bulb but this doesn't make any sense to me.
