My ca 125 was 11 and the physical exam went ok. My ct scan in July the examiner stated that she/he thought one lymph node was bordernline in size. Dr Lea does not think it is anything cause she tried to feel for it but she has ordered another ct scan for Oct 29. So everything is good with me except I have to go drink more of that chalky stuff on Friday. Praying that it is just nothing on the lymph node but if it is I will deal with it. No one said life was fair and God will help me though it if it is cancer come back. Just prying that I make it till Jan when my daughter gets married. When that happens I will go back to praying that i get to see my grandson grow up, he is four now. I would like to be around to see him graduate high school. That is another 14 years which would put me around 70. Who knows it could happen! I will let you know what the results are once I get them. Take care and keep strong. trisha0 -

I will be praying for good results on this CT and of course that everything with the wedding will go beautifully. Also the you see your Grandson Graduate and marry. Our families are the most important things in the world. Please keep me posted.
Hugs and prayers

Yech, I am sorry you have to go through that again. I am hoping everything turns out negative. And I am sure your love for your kids and grandchild adds special strength for your recovery. I do not have the good fortune to have any family, but I know how a love for something or someone (in my case, my cats) will sustain us.
I will look for your post on the 29th.0 -

I seem to be getting good at that barrium berry flavor drink. I just drink it as fast as I can but they made me drink two bottles in June. I do not know if I will have to drink two or not but I am expecting it. It is just of the pelvic area and not the chest. I will also have to have a IV port put in my hand even though I have a power port in my chest for times like this as with the chemo iv, but the nurses do not know how to access it. I will get it in the back of my hand for the contrast dye. I would rather have the ct scan because it tells if something is growing. There are no things that she told me to look for. I know the love of cats and dogs and all the animals because I have had guite a few, cats, dogs, rabbits, rats, hamsters, turtles, fish just to name a few. Most are burier in the yeard around the house. trisha0
