No big surprise PET is worse. Increased SUV in all nodes plus new nodes. No mets yet to organs or bones. Chemo cancled until I see Dr. next week. I sure hope he has a miracle up his sleeve. Detailed post at the colon club.

Bump
Hi Lori
Saw your post and wanted to bump it back up...
Perhaps, you could copy and paste that info over here - there may be a few folks like myself who do not visit over there...we'd like to know what's going on with you:)
I'll remain hopeful with you:)

I am so sorry... Hopefully the dr will have a new plan for you next week.

Well it's back to reality from what sounded like a very fun time in Vegas. Glad you could take that trip, Lori. You've got to do those things once in a while.
Keep us posted on what the plan is. I'm on standard regimen, for now.
Looking at what else I could add to it. Someone mentioned to me at the clinic today....Envita in Scottsdale, AZ. I plan to call there, maybe talk to CC survivor. Who knows?? They also give a vaccine at their mexico clinic, because they can't at the Scottsdale location, because it is not FDA approved. The reason i am checking this out is because one of the Stage 4 CC survivors had been to Mayo and Sloan-Kettering. Her tumors were rapidly doubling (so she says), and they said they couldn't do anymore than the standard. That was more than 10 years ago.
I don't like to raise false hope.....i am just looking at all options. It's hard to make the "break" to something so different, but at some point for me, that is what I will have to decide.
Glad you are back!0 -
