Phone Call From Pam
Pamela Bunner from the Babb Cancer Center returned my phone call from yesterday. Woke me up at 6:45 this morning, husband got the call and told her I was still sleeping. I got up and called her right back. She said she has no one meeting the discription of Denise on any of her protacals. All of her patients on this trial are doing good and it appears Denise is not a member of this trial. So like the others of you who called I too am up against a blank wall. And I was so very hopeful that we would get some kind of an answer when Pam called me back.
I pray that Denise is doing well. I just wish we had a resolution.

Hi Jim,
Nice to meet you. I was so excited that she called back and was feeling positive that she could help us with some information, any information. I know we are all feeling worry and frustrated in not knowing how Denise is. Being a cyber family is great, and the caring here is unbelievable, but you know, sometimes it just sucks too. Do you think it's possible that Denise is her on line name and not her real name. I have a friend that we all call Pat but her birth name on all medical records is Joyce. Just a thought.
I'll just send more positive thoughts, love and prayers.
Hugs to you too Jim,

Hi Leslie
Hi Leslie,
Thank you for everything that you did, I still hope that Denise is ok.
You may be right about the name...all of my medical stuff is under my first name and not my middle name, which is the name I use here! Again thank you and God bless you! (((Hugs)))
Sincerely,

We tried...
Hi Leslie,
You might be right about her going by a different name. When I called the hospital I gave them every bit of information I had about Denise...single mother and also explained that she had a church member with her at the hospital and had a daughter in colege named Kim. I guess all we can do is wait it out now and hope she or someone in her family will make contact with us. Thanks so much for all of your efforts...it's comforting to know that we have members that care enough to at least try and help out. I'm so happy life is going good for you! You take care and check in from time to time to say "Hi". Much love...Sue

All of you
Thank you to all,
I was hoping if I stayed away for one or two days, there would be an answer about Denise
today.
I am just hoping "no news is good news". There is still hope in my heart, until I hear
otherwise.
