many but still tough stuff to deal with. Surgery is good if it helps us resolve issues but you still have to deal with it the pain and the healing, so we to will have you in our prayers. The Dittos
Sounds like you're getting it all behind you and then you'll be good to go! -

Joint damage
Denny,
Yes I agree surgeries are rough on our bodies. Getting these issues fixed with at least anesthesia we can safely handle is the best. I also have knee damage, but get by with cordisone shots once in awhile. Had my hip cartlidge fixed last year...new procedure. My husband had both shoulders done....not an easy trip with that one...lots of PT with this repair. What are you having done on your shoulder ? Hoping for an easy trip through this for you ! Katie -

I have damaged muscle in the rotator cuff (I think). I'm not certain when they will do the surgery on that but assume it will be after I get mobile from the knee. I too had my knee worked on in 1996. Irony is that I had the knee surgery on a Wed (Doc told me it was worse than expected and I would only get a year of relief) and on Friday I was told I had tonsil cancer, Sat I had a port and on Monday started chemo. Now that was a hectic time.
