    Update was posted under separate thread
    Doing fine (actually, feeling pretty crappy) - very bruised and sore. Going back to surgeon tomorrow, as I'm still bleeding. and I have to wait up to a week for the pathology. My right breast looks like a huge purple eggplant - perfect coloration, and would feed a family of 6 easily.

    Debby,
    As a fellow Colon Cancer Survivor (in colon and appendix) and a recent breast cancer scare, I am on the bus praying for good news on the tissue samples for Alice.

    Alice was holding my hand as I went through my breast mamogram followup and procedures. She has my prayers.
