This has nothing to do with my ovarian cancer. This is just one of those moments I will treasure forever.....
Yesterday Tyler had a cross country invitational at Seneca Park....He came in 25th out of almost 200... His shoe lace came loose and his sneaker was starting to flop and slow him down so he kicked his shoe off and ran the tail end of the race without it.... That is dedication for ya.... He wanted that medal. He was super psyched. He also beat a kid on his own team he has been trying all season to beat... I was so proud I cried on the way to the car....
Last year Tyler played on the school volleyball team and after attending a couple volleyball camps this summer he announces to us the week before school starts he thinks he wants to try cross country. Thanks for reading.. I am just so proud of him I want everyone to know...lol
