Pancreatic cancer

Hi I'm not a person with a lot of words but I'm in a place in my life that needs some direction .My mother have to go to the doctor because they believe she might have cancer on her pancreas and but so far they just saying a large mass I'm so scare and confuse on this disease because everything u look up is bad .I know it have to be some people that have beat this cancer .She never smoke she is 66 years old and just don't get it if u can help me please respond I need some good news.
