in Breast Cancer #1
On my first round I got thrush and it is horrible. I have my second round Monday October 8th. Any one know how to prevent getting it again? I do not want it again.

    Talk to your doctor before getting infusion
    Talk to your oncologist about your side effects. Premedications including steroids are given prior Chemo and after that

    So sorry you're having this problem
    I remember reading a post on this board about drinking a slurpee or sucking on ice while having the chemo to prevent mouth issues. Maybe someone can chime in with this.
