    I only had two people on my friends list, and he was one of them
    I don't participate on here very much...but "Bruins" sent me a Christmas card a couple of years ago...And even though we never met...I know we rooted for each other ...as we all do....this news has me sad tonight..."Bruins" was reglious , and as I recall was asked not to do his religious comments here, but....I for one found comfort in them, even though I do not attend church....As a stage four guy in a two year remission....I daily look at the sky and say...."Thank you for this new day of life, and this wonderful place, and space that I'm in"...

    I hope "Bruins" is there...

    I saw it on facebook about 5 hours ago, before I went to school, I went with a heavy heart to see another die from this colon cancer. While Bobby and I saw eye to eye on only one thing; which was that colon cancer, or any type of cancer is truly an awful thing, taking people away, many in the prime of their lives. And I am truly sad that another has been taken in the prime of his life.
    May you rest in peace Bobby, your pain is over.
    My heart goes out to your family who are left behind with the pain of your passing, may God watch over them.

    Sobering News
    I get a moment of pause as I remember the family and caregivers of these brave warriors who have fought the battle against Cancer so bravely. There have been many recent losses from this family. They remind me how important it is for me to honor those who are helping me and continue the fight for all our sakes.

    He will be missed. Was so sad when he wasn't allowed to post on here anymore because he was a truly loving and God fearing man. You are at peace now and may God comfort his family knowing that he is in no more pain.

    I agree with Kim. I was sorry when he was put off this board. I was glad to reconnect with him on facebook. He faced his situation with grace and love, and he will be missed.
