My feeling is that with time you will slowly regain continence. Mine stopped on a dime at three months and all the while despite my frustrations my urologist reassured me it would. I wish the same for you. JM0 -

jmchugh-- Thanks for the comments and the link to your blog. The sound bite and pdf from Walsh is useful info. Regarding fluid intake post-catheter: I'm limiting fluid intake. Primarily drink water or cherry juice. What about consuming 1 cup per day of decaff coffee? Too much caffeine in it?0
