Another mud run

I just found out the Kiss Me Dirty Mud Run that I saw listed on the website when I signed up for the Dirty Girl Mud Run raises money for gynecological cancers. I wish I had known that before I signed up. It is in San Jose on 10/13/2012, two weeks before the Dirty Girl Mud Run. Oh well, maybe next year.

I think it is so weird that these things are going on and I never heard of any of them. If it wasn't for Eileen I would never have heard of Dirty Girl. I go on several different websites for ovarian cancer and facebook and have searched in the past for something fun and inspirational to do and everything seemed like it was in another state.

Oh well I guess that's what I get for being such a homebody.

    I'm bummed that they don't
    I'm bummed that they don't have one anywhere near me. I'm surprised they don't do one in buffalo because Roswell Cancer Institute is there. Maybe because they do the dirty girl mud run for breast cancer there...

    Next year you can do the other run! In the meantime, you're doing a good thing and I too am looking forward to your "report" on the run.

    We finally came up with a
    We finally came up with a name for our team. Dirty for the girls... Get it? lol. We are going to registar today. I really wish this was the one for gynelogical cancer but that doesnt matter. I am doing it for the fun and it is a great cause.
