Rapid weight loss

I am losing weight rapidly. About half a pound every couple of days. I am eating about the same amount, The weight loss is so rapid that it can't just be the result of under-eating.
Has anyone had this awfully rapid weight loss?

    Protein
There is a condition called cachexia, that is common in cancer patients. It is a wasting condition that is difficult to turn around. You need to eat a lot of protein. I've heard anywhere between 70 and 120 grams daily. A good quality whey protein powder in smoothies made with whole coconut milk (from a can) should help. You can add other things for flavor, like organic berries.
