in Ovarian Cancer #1
I want everyone to know that on September 23rd I will be doing a 5k ovarian cancer run/walk in West Orange, NJ. I currently live in Florida, but I am from Nj so it gives me a good reason to also visit my family. I will be walking in honor of not just myself, but for all of you, my teal sisters on this board. I went last year and it was a very moving experience for me to know that all the people there where running for ovarian cancer whether it was because they themselves have gone thru it or they had a family member or friend. I wish us all the best.

    I am on facebook
    on teal warriors and my own page. I am not very active on it. I only have 23 friends so I guess that says something.

    My family and I were part of a teal walk on July 4th and I can tell you that it is so very empowering. Walk on, my girl and someday soon researchers WILL have an early detection method that will save so many lives.
