Just researching...Cancer in the lining of the cheeks?

Just curious if you can actually get cancer in the cheeks of your mouth and what it looks like? What are the direct symptons and signs?

So the answer is yes to my question
But has anyone experience this and know the classic symptons?

    Cheeks
I had cancer of the mandible. My cheek lining was white on one side and eventually got sore. Wish it had been identified early before it got in the jaw bone and required a 19 hour surgery, replacing my lower jaw with fibula from my leg and titanium plus rads and chemo.

    Not to be 'cheeky'
Mine was not in the cheek but inside right upper lip. Many doctor's had seen it, I went in to get the lump removed and ENT removed something next to it that looked more suspicious. A year later when it was starting to grow (size of a peanut) I said that it was alive and I wanted it out, little did I know! All I had was a hard lump about the size of the eraser on a pencil, no pain. When it did get removed doctor said not to worry, it had no signs of cancer, the next week my life changed. Cancer, aggressive and now fast growing. 1 inch of my lip was removed and radiation. Mets to the neck the next year. I am alive and enjoy life and my grandchildren. Returned to work both times. Fatigue easily and have many side effects. Just had a tooth removed and bone scraped, big ouch! Hearing test on Monday and next week opthamologist for vision problems.
