    I am so sorry to hear this terrible news. Both of you are in my thoughts and prayers. I hope that they can keep Rick comfortable and that your days together are filled with lots of love.

    Cyn, you already know how I feel about this:(

    I understand that Time is an even more precious commodity for you both at this time, so I want you guys to have as much time together as possible. However, if you need to text or talk, you certainly know where to reach me:)

    If Rick still wants to talk a minute...and if not, we've already talked through you:)

    Tell him from me a Big Texas Thank You for having me into his life and allowing me to share his life and struggles - through you:)

    The memory I will take away from this sadness, will be you reading my posts to him - and Rick turning down the sound, so you could read what I wrote to him...even during the Olympics:)

    He's a good man - and I just want him to hear it again from me - through you:)

    I haven't been on the Boards for a long time because I was using avoidance as a strategy to deal with everything. You reached out to me when my husband was having the HIPEC procedure and gave me lots of good information. I appreciated that. I wish for peaceful days ahead for both you and your husband and emotionally healing for you as this journey sure takes a toll on the mind. One thing we both can be so thankful for is that we had a chance to spend a big part of our lives with the love of our life. Lisa
