So, we both had our CEA rising, I went on chemo and you didn't, how are you doing? Is your CEA coming down?

I get my CEA checked tomorrow, but won't know anything until next week. Really thinking of stopping chemo if the CEA is below 5 again.

Given crc is a bitchh I say it's prudent to avoid it, I just flew around the world in 4 days, to spend the weekend learning from the best functional and integrative doctors on the planet. Where in Chicago.

i am scared sometimes.
I have this big group picture on the fridge, 35 alternative vegan almost cancer patients, its only last october i did the course, we were all so well, it seemed. now at least 4 have passed. 2 last week, one was my enema buddy. the conversations we had, well you could not imagine. she is at peace, and so am i mostly.

can you believe its over a year since our rears were causing so much grief. I hope yours is better.

the sauna arrived friday, i got to assemble it.
what concoction ?
my kitchen is like a pharmacy mixed with a chemistry lab.

hard not to be concerned
Pete the longer I linger with this diseased condition the more I notice how others are no longer with us. At the clinic it seems that there are new faces with an absence of others. Not trying to be morbid or negative but as in all things there are some that fight the fight and win while others, although no less diligent, seem to lose the battle. We all have to do what works for our particular situation and temperament. Pete, I admire your resolve to do it "your way" and the apparent support you have from your family. Blessings to you and a wish for smooth seas and a following breeze. Art

Lets just linger and love a long long life.
The 5 l's,

what will be will be for each of us.

I see flat seas, feel the breast on my back and the sun on my chest.

Breast was a typo, I meant breeze, this spell checker has a sense of humour.

When I do Qigong I rip my shirt off and get Sun, vit d when I can.

Another day, what a gift, I hope I use it wisely.

There's are song about lingering from the cores and another about sailing by criss cross.

Smile today and always art, and linger well.

Lingering is such a good word, it's like the end of the best movie of your life,
you know ithe movie is about to end while savouring the feelings from the movie.

Linger well love and kindness are everywhere, your reply shows that.

I am grateful to have loved my friends at rest, we all have so many here on csn and in our lives.

Gratitude not regret keeps my Hope alive..
