HI EVERYBODY I'M ABOUT 5 WEEKS OUT OF TREATMENT AND I'M DOING PRETTY GOOD STILL HAVE A SORE THROAT BUT IT WILL PASS EVENTUALLY BUT MY QUESTION IS WHAT IS EVERYBODY TAKING TO HELP BUILD IMMUNE SYSTEM,I'M TAKING IP6 INNOSTOL,BETA GLUCAN,AND MILK THISTLE THIS IS WHAT A HOMEOPATHIC DOCTOR RECOMMENDED TO ME ALSO I'M LOOKING AT TO START TO TAKE GRAPE SEED EXTRACT,AND THERE IS SOMETHING CALLED TURMERIC JUST WANTED TO HEAR OTHER OPINIONS.

    I have basal cell carcinoma and am trying curcumin which is the active ingredient of tumeric. For my immune system, I also used CoQ10 and R-Lipoic Acid both of which worked very well for me. Good luck.

    Hey Matt, I've always only taken a basic daily vitamin and mineral supplement, along with 625 mgs of krill oil. Turmeric is of Dr Oz's favorite spices, I get it in the curry that I sprinkle into the blended stuff that goes down my tube for dinner.

    Haven't even gotten back on my daily multi-vitamin or the Vitamin D I was taking but now you've got me thinking....with my lack of sunshine it would be a good idea to start the Vitamin D again.
