vulvar cancer need help

My grandmother has vulvar cancer, and tried a lot of the treatments other than surgery. So far nothing really changed, and she's dealing with a lot of pain. She's at stage 3 of this cancer. I wanted to see if anyone knows support groups in NY area for people dealing with this cancer. Or any survivors of this cancer for her to speak with. Her spirits are really low, and I think she needs to connect with someone outside of her immediate family.
