Oh, man, you have my
Oh, man, you have my sympathy. I'm not a cancer patient (did have skin cancer when I was a teenager , but that was 15+ years ago - I'm here because of someone else in my life), I've never had chemo, and I have no neuropathy or arthritis - and yet there've been some examples of packaging lately for which I've considered an oxyacetylene torch a valid method of removal.0 -

Not a bad idea, although the chainsaw won't set the house on fire. Course it is pretty noisy and pumps a lot of smoke.
Welcome to the board, sorry it's for a need, and congrats on beating skin cancer.

For me the real fun is on
For me the real fun is on Christmas morning! My children are 11 & 10. I look forward to seeing them unwrap their presents...i dread having to get them out of the packaging. How many plastic zipties and itty bitty rubberbsnds do you need to secure a barbie doll and every single one of her accessories?

I am guessing you must be
I am guessing you must be doing vectibix or erbitux. I did my last treatment of vectibix about six weeks ago and my fingers have fianlly healed. Ther was a time that my thumbs were so bad that it was a real struggle just to button my pants0 -

Good old "wheatibix" has had my fingers so chewed up in the past that I couldn't even wear jeans. I'd have to wear a pair of hospital pajamas when going to the store.0 -
Yep - all frustrating
Most of what I eat comes out of the garden or is closer to fresh/whole foods and not as likely to have all the tough to deal with packaging. But now and then I have to deal with it and get very frustrated!0
