I got the results of the CT scan...

My onc is out of the office so I got a call this morning from the assistant to another onc. I didn't put much stock in what she said and didn't ask any questions, knowing I was not likely to get the answers I wanted anyway.

Instead I emailed my rads onc and asked him to take a look at it. just read the report...

I am truly shocked, stunned, and amazed...the cancer is stable. As you may know I fully expected growth to those lymph nodes between my lungs, after all I've been off chemo for nearly 3 months. I was even concerned there would be progression to new areas. Right now, stable is such a beautiful word!!! I am so grateful...

    Stable .. is music to my ears!
    so hap hap happy for you .. doing my happy dance -- but, not to long -- it's 106 degrees
    here in Southern California - so I will continue tomorrow morning when it is a bit
    cooler.
