First, after today I will only have two days left of rads!!! And I am at half dose of decadron....

Second, I had a great visit with the rads onc yesterday. He talked about a possible procedure that we might be able to use (if we find an effective chemo) on the mets to the medistinal lymph nodes. I really like having options to consider.

Now, here's where I need your power. Since I've been off chemo for so long, my onc wants a baseline CT scan tomorrow. I'm expecting growth in those medistinal lymph nodes. But I need your prayers, positive energy, good mojo, good karma, for no progression to new locations. I'm not nervous about the scan itself, just the results. The onc will probably call with them tomorrow afternoon.

    Linda, my husband had to be
    Linda, my husband (Stage IV EC) had to be off chemo for 3 months when he had to have a surprise triple bypass in Jan. His scan at the end of that time was amazingly, thankfully slightly improved from the last one. So, I'm praying for an IMPROVED scan for you!!
