    Thank you all
    My birthday was fantastic. Family and friends came over for a cook out. I got several unexpected gifts. I got a new pair of shoes, I'm up to walking almost 2 miles in the mornings 5 times a week. 2 miles is alot for me.

    I don't post much, but I do check in here often.
