Disappeared for a while.
Hello my sweet fellow warriors.
I'm sorry I made you wonder where I'd been. I was scrolling looking for my original post and it's way buried.
I've been having varying degrees of bad pain and was finally put on morphine. Which doesn't work and gives me the same side effects as 2) 10/325 hydrocodone. Drowsiness plus general blah. Today is my first day without any pain killer in a long time and I still feel blah. LOL.
I had my second chemo on July 28th and due to my excessive pain my oncologist ordered an MRI on the 4th of my spine. Now T12 is involved as well as 2 & 9. So I see the radiologist on Monday and wait for the chemo to get out of my system before starting on something stronger. Have to have a heart scan first.
I wish my oncologist had kept his thoughts to himself when he said "I hope we can get these tumors under control." Yeah, me too!!!!! It's seems this cancer ignores everything. Even Arimidex.
So that's my excuse for not joining you here for a while. I've been so tired and now I'm discouraged too. All this time since DX and it's getting worse.
I'm keeping my chin up however and so appreciate the support I receive here. I love you all.
