Multiple Ulcers

in Stomach Cancer #1
Hello everyone. My father is 72. He has been losing weight over the last year. He has lost 20 pounds since November and is now down to 126.7 and is 5'11". Today we had upper and lower GI tests. The surgeon found "multiple" ulcers in his stomach. She took samples of them. Tomorrow he has a CT scan. We see the surgeon again Aug 6 for the results. He doesn't have much of an appetite and says everything tastes bad. I'm curious if anyone else had similar symptoms in regards to the ulcers. I've read some things that say there is a link between ulcers and stomach cancer. Thanks to anyone that can answer my questions. Prayers to you all!
