ohhh to find sweet sleep

in Ovarian Cancer #1
So I have been up since 1pm Monday afternoon and it what...... 4:34am Wednesday. I am currently on two medication for sleep looks like they are working grrrrreat! My pain doctor said if I do not start sleeping better she is going to have to address it. Well address away please........ she is not the first to try I have been on so many sleep aids and they just dont' work well. I am sorry for sounding off but I am sleepy and just needed to vent so off to watch another old lost show I never watched it when it was first out but now I can't get enough of it maybe because I feel so lost in this sleep problem well I should say lack of sleep problem. Night ladies and I hope you are having a much better day than I am.

    As I type this, I'm hoping that you finally have been able to fall asleep. There's almost nothing worse than insomnia, especially when the meds that are supposed to help you sleep aren't doing their job. I'm hoping and praying that your pain doc comes up with a new game plan that allows you to get the much-needed shut eye.

    Hi Kelly
    I finally feel asleep around 4am and have been asleep off and on since. I just wishh I would fall asleep and sleep the 8 hours strieght not waking up every few hours. talk with ou later dear friend and I hope ou are doing good today.
