Thanks for the well wishes: I had the robotic surgery Monday where they removed my epiglottis and a piece on the back of my tongue the size of a quarter. Supposedly got good margins praise the lord. I am no fan of the feeding tube and I have a ton of mucus. Start speech therapy next week. Thanks for all of yours prayers and my family and friends have been outstanding.

Sounds like things moved right along....
Congrats on the clean margins...what wonderful words those have to be to hear . Your PEG will be you best buddy in time, I think. Keep coming back here...and get inspired for the work ahead...you're doing great tho...already posting after surgery, and you sound so positive...wonderful!!

Tomorrow
July 2nd makes 8 months since my da vinci robotic surgery..fortunately, I didn't have any other cancers, and the lymph nodes removed came back NED. I'm not going to tell you it's easy because it's not..but, I've decided it is what it is, some people have it so much worse....I'm still having some problems with mucus, but, I was a smoker and I'm sure it's taking me longer to dump the nicotine and help my lungs heal too...good luck and if there's any help I can give you, I'm here0
