Sorry
I'm so sorry that the news is not better. Hoping that the treatment takes care of what is left. This has to be a hard time for you but glad that your doctor has a plan set up. Best to you and you are in my prayers for healing.

So sorry the news wasn't good.
The good news is you have a plan and you are going after the cancer. Keep on, keeping on and don't forget to live while you are fighting to live. I know you are tired of this horrible disease and having to fight it but I bet you have alot of reasons to continue the fighting.
GOD's blessings to you.

So sorry you have to go
So sorry you have to go through this. It is exhausting. But somehow you will find the strength to get through this. The bad news is like a sucker punch. It just depletes us. The good news is that then once we adjust, we get ready to fight. So hang on, we're here and we are all sending prayers.

Pack an extra sandwich and
Pack an extra sandwich and some snacks, I'm coming with you! But please no wheat, no fiber, no fruit with seeds, no uncooked fruit. Oh heck, who needs to eat. I'll just join you in the THIS SUCKS arena. Totally tired and could sleep for days right now if I was allowed.0 -
does this ever end?
Someone once told me that fighting cancer is more like a marathon than a sprint. Pacing oneself is very important. I'm not exactly how one paces themselves with a cancer battle, but I suspect it is something like rolling with the punches and being optimistic and perstent through all the BS treatments and procedures and such.
Praying your next treatment is most effective!!!
God Bless,

Ever end?
I am in this for the long haul. This is a marathon for me and not a quick dash tot eh cure; I already know this. But, for me there is no other option since I want to see and be seen by grandchildren and children. So for me, my motivation is external not internal. Stay the course and take it one day at a time is the best advise I have been given to date. Hugs of confidence and comfort in this time of turmoil.0 -

Did they not get good margins when they took out the liver tumor? Was there only 1 tumor or did they find micro spots? It is hard enough recovering from surgery to have to deal with more crap.

sorry you are back in the game

Two steps forward...
and three step back- it so often feels that way in this journey. And with each set back some those overwhelming feelings that make us want to run and hide. I know just how you feel. The reality is - we can't hide and we don't. Allow yourself some time to adjust to the news and to have these feelings- they are normal and okay. But then it is a matter of getting back on the horse and moving forward again. You have done it before and can do it again. We all have our reasons why we are able to keep fighting and yours will allow you to move through this patch in time.
Bloody cancer!

Do you remember the fable about the Tortoise and the Hare?
"The race is not always won by the swiftest - rather, slow and steady steps will still get you to the finish line." ~Sundance
