So tired of bad news..

Hi ladies! Just asking for lots of prayers. I woke up this morning unable to see. I can see things that are far away, but I can't read anything close up or even tell the time on my watch. We are flying home from our vacation a week and a half early so that I can get a brain MRI. My pupils are different sizes, but besides that and my vision issues, I'm not having any other symptoms. My dad thinks I most likely have mets on the base of my skull. I also have to see my surgical oncologist to remove the multiple tumors sticking out of my leg. Before I left I had one the size of an orange and a few golf ball sized ones. They have grown substantially while I have been on vacation, so I will probably have surgery next week to remove them. Trying to stay positive about everything and not get to worried about the things I have no control over. Hope y'all have a great rest of the week.

    I just don't understand why this is happening to you. If anyone deserves a miracle, it's you sweetie and I am soooooo praying you get that miracle!!!

    Just had a thought........
    I was wondering if you have some kind of patch behind your ear to prevent nausea or sea-sickness? I have heard that the patch could cause vision problems and could cause your pupils to be different sizes. I am praying that turns out to be the problem.

    I'm so sorry you are having vision problems! And on vacation, too, a time when your supposed to forget about your problems for awhile!

    Last month, I went on our first vacation in years but had to go the doc for antibiotics and ended up diagnosed with Metastatic Breast Cancer! Sometimes vacations suck!

    Your story has moved me so much! I have cried for you - you are too young to be going through this nasty stuff. I so hope you'll find an answer for your vision to be restored. I continue to pray for you along with all these wonderful people here.
