    Happy day to you too!
    I have bbq ribs on the menu, but my treatment was Friday and my shot today so I am thinking I will probably only be cooking it. Darn! But the meat before the sauce goes on is so tender I am taking some off to add to Prego later in the week when appetite returns. Do you know what I have a taste for? Homemade apple pie made with macintosh apples. ymmm

    We'll be back to Iowa after meeting our new grandson! We'll be sad to leave him!!!

    Grilling sounds good but apple pie sounds even better - mac apples are my favorite! My mom made the best pies with them. Wonderful taste bud memories! While I was on chemo pple pie was something that still tasted good and I craved it. I hope you get some!
