Happy day to you too!
I have bbq ribs on the menu, but my treatment was Friday and my shot today so I am thinking I will probably only be cooking it. Darn! But the meat before the sauce goes on is so tender I am taking some off to add to Prego later in the week when appetite returns. Do you know what I have a taste for? Homemade apple pie made with macintosh apples. ymmm -

We'll be back to Iowa after meeting our new grandson! We'll be sad to leave him!!!
Grilling sounds good but apple pie sounds even better - mac apples are my favorite! My mom made the best pies with them. Wonderful taste bud memories! While I was on chemo pple pie was something that still tasted good and I craved it. I hope you get some!
Best to all!
