Relay For Life!
We're also having a special ceremony to honor her, and her family will be present. There will be many, many tears. She was my "cancer twin," diagnosed the same year, had the same cancer, had the same first name. The only sad difference is that she was diagnosed at Stage 4. *sigh*
I'll give y'all a report on the event later!
*hugs*

That is neat that you will be speaking.
I am walking for a local cancer wellness center. They have so many neat programs
and Ive made friends there.
We will all be in spirit!
I know I will get very emotional.....0 -

It was great!
Relay was fabulous this year. So moving. We had a very touching ceremony for our dear friend who passed away, and those of us on the committee took a lap with her family.
Some of the girls in my youth group were on my team, and we had a lovely time dancing and staying up all night, all for the cause.
*hugs*
