Anyone out there have one of these after treatment? My husband had tonsil cancer (hpv+), diagnosed in Oct 2011 and completed radiation and chemo treatment in December. He had a clean CT scan in January and a clean PET scan in April. ENT has done a scope and says there is still some film down there and wants to clean it out. He says he is 99% sure it is nothing but wants to go in and check. Of course i am a little worried about the 1%. But was just curious if this was something common that other people have been through.

I had a couple right after I finished TX. Doc wanted to see how my throat stood up to the treatment. All was well with both.
