A visitation/consultation report, every time you visit, yes?

Yesterday I had a three year follow-up visit. The hospital is implementing a new computer system. When you leave, you receive a written report of the, "Encounter". It's basic, but has, "basic" stuff on it. Things like: medications, allergies, immunizations, pharmacy information, diagnosis, treating physician, insurance information,

vital readings from the visit, this is pretty cool, your pulse, height, weight,

and, BMI calculated score. (other than that particular result)

I liked it, I go home with a written report every time. Is this part of the new health reform, I don't know, but what do you think?
