    There'a also something called PEG-SN38,
"a PEGylated conjugate of SN38,the active metabolite of.....irrotecan" which is in Phase II too, reported at marketwatch.com

and there;s another called MORAb-004,"a monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to endosialin/tumor endothelial marker-1 (TEM-1)."

PS: Thanks for prior link ,Phil

    ramucurmubab (sp)
Wonder if it works just like Avastin.
I'm sort of tired seeing clinical trials doing the same things.

Also, it is disappointing that this drug has to be combined with
Oxaliplatin, and 5FU. I, for one, and probably many others here have probably exhausted there use of oxaliplatin.

Dont mean to be negative, just reading the facts. Have to consider it all.
    Interesting though.

Other choices in advanced trials ,Regoranfenib can be mixed
with folfox or folfiri ( already released). Also look for Zaltrap ,to be approved on august.

    Morab-004 Clinical Trial
I read your post. Did you enter the Morab clinical trial? My doctor wants me in this trial too. Can you give me any information about your experiences so far? I haven't made a decision yet and any information you share would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
