I had lumpectomy , radiation and ON tamoxifen for almost 4 yrs now. I am very small breasted! Seems like since on Tamoxifen I have gained some size. Anyone else! So small prior I thought a lumpectomy to me is mastectomy to most!

    If anything I have lost in that area! I have also lost about 35 lbs while on tamoxifen. I do exercise every day. I am large breasted, and definately do not mind losing inches on top!

    Some of my patients have
    Some of my patients have complained that they actually got bigger after menopause. Tamoxifen may cause similar reactions?

    Mamolady: intersting..i went through meno just prior/ same time as cancer. I gained 25 lbs due to steriods..so I thought that was it and now lost it all and still kept extra in chest area...STILL small...of course not huge amt just noticable...for sure..
