I wish "everyone" would check in at least once a week, but I know many are getting on with life and trying not to think about their cancer, or just very busy. Sue

You are so right Sue..... I know I don't go on my head and neck board anymore, I was helping new people on the site the best that I could, then after that 2nd year, I felt that it was time to move on..... Vinny0 -

Like Sue, I get it too though I do miss seeing posts from certain people.
Part of this site/support is "moving on" too and that's a good thing.
I do miss those posts from that "flower girl" from Canada - what was her name - ay? .

Thanks Sue, you know I will always pop in!, I must say that Lymphoma is so different then the other cancer I had. It still lingers in me, like I bad dream, just waiting to come back. Coming on this site makes me learn a lot on new treatments, and hey, if I can help some one along the way then thats a special bonus!!!! Love ya all Vinny0 -

Hello to all!
I am here and do pop in and try to keep up. Thanks so much for asking and remembering me. Yes I guess we all get busy once life comes close to "normal". As far as I know I am doing just fine. My next recheck is in July,so I am not into full on worry yet. From what I can tell all of the old gang seem to be carrying on and I am so happy for that. Such a great group of people you all are. On a more concerning note,a small tumor has been accidentally discovered deep in my daughters neck. They are watching it for now because a biopsy would be dangerous due to its placement. They do not feel it is cancerous but of course without a biopsy are not 100% sure. So I have been jumping through all of those hoops with her. She is the one with 23 month old twins. We will return on May 15Th so they can check for any changes. Sorry this is so long and this is the short version. But I do ask for prayers. Much love to all and I will try to keep in better contact,I miss you guys! Mary0 -

Mary,
I know you are busy with everyday life and all the things that go with it. I,on the otherhand am retired and have more time to post. I think a lot of the old gang are out there and still read the post once in a while, even though they don't post anymore. As you can see things change everyday and we have a whole new batch of people posting now.A few of the old gang still post with updates as you can see.I do not post as much as I used too anymore either. This month is my 2 year anniversary of when I was diagnosed and treatment started. So far so good. Keep us updated about your daughter and yourself. In the meantime enjoy life as much as you can. Its a shame it takes certain things to happen to us before we realize how precious life really is. BTW: Got a piece of literature from the LRF the other day that someone is diagnosed with HL ever 4 minutes. Can you believe that?John0
