We watched A Few Good Men again the other night and just love that show. I think my hubby and I have the lines even memorized. LOL

Just curious if you have a favorite one or if you've seen any of the new ones lately and what you thought of them.

Popcorn anyone?

    We always love Airplane! -
We always love Airplane! - we can laugh at that one a million times and we do know all the lines! We saw the Descendants on pay per view and enjoyed it. The scenery and music is great. It's a bit sad tho.

There are so many to choose
There are so many to choose from. If you are looking for suspense, Primal Fear is awesome. It is an older movie with Richard Geer, but, keeps you on your toes.

    Don't forget the poppy.
I've been watching Turner Classics. Yesterday my husband and I watched, "A Street Car Named Desire" by Tennessee Williams. Wow, what an intense movie and what a performance. Marlon Brando sure was a handsome man when he was young. There's no comedy in this one. I tend to like comedies.

I saw "Bridesmaids" several weeks ago for the first time and thought it was hilarious. I also like movies with Cloris Leachman and Madeline Khan( Mel Brooks). They're so funny.

So many good movies out there. Will have to drop in to see what others suggest.

    I am a Movie Fan
I love the movies. Movies have a calming effect on me. Some of my favorites are Gigi; Star Wars; Young Frankenstein; Laura; Chicago (musical); It's a Mad, Mad Word; Pride & Prejudice; Victor Victoria; The Joy Luck Club; The Maltese Falcon, Chocolate.

There are so many more that it would take me a week to type them. There are many movies that I think are excellent movies, such as The Help, Avatar, and I enjoyed them immensely, but they are not my favorites.

    Lots of Hugs,
    Janelle

    The Waterfront
The other day Mark and I were watching the Turner Movie Classics and saw "The Waterfront" with Marlon Brando and Eva Marie Saint. There is a classic line in the movie in which Brando laments, " I could have been a contender, I could've been somebody..." Karl Malden was in it too. It sure is a classic! So many good ones out there.
