Hi gals, I just got my CA125 result after 2 avastin and one low dose chemo treatment. It has gone down 323 points. I am not having any side effects from the avastin, a some skin issues from the taxotere, but have more energy than I have had in 3 years.

I am sooooo grateful to have some extenstion on my life, and my docs both feel I could actually go into remission. I am not hanging my hat on that, but am so very very happy to be alive!!!! I wake up at 5AM with the sun and can't go back to sleep. I go all day (with a few breaks) and am actually getting projects done. I can't tell you how good this feels.

    I was hoping for some good news !
    I'm so glad for you. Enjoy your new found energy, I am hoping to find some soon also, tomorrow is my sixth round of carbo/gemzar/avastin, so hopefully I will start to feel better also. Have a great spring.
