Well girls,
And anyone else, lets keep partying to the biopsy. D**n it, d**n it, d**n it. It is actually a new microcalc spot behind the lumpectomy site.
I got a bit unhappy with the radiology folks. The boob dangle table will only take 275 pounds and I'm bigger than that so the radiologist says "we'll do an excisional biopsy". And I said "oh no, we won't". I had a seated sterotactic biopsy before. Well, they don't have one and they wanted me to call around and find what I needed. And I put my foot down--again--and said, no that is your job. To their credit they have done so and given me information and I will work on an appointment tomorrow. I tried today but they wanted a prescription (do you think I want to do this for fun? Ssshesh!)so that is tomorrow's battle.
I think they were happy to see me go but I do intend to call the department head tomorrow and make some suggestions for better customer service. Of course, my hubby is out of town for all this. I leak tears off and on -- I DON't want to do this again!!!!!! But I'm OK.
