Brachytherapy? Weigh in please!

in Esophageal Cancer #1
So due to bleeding in my esphophagus I will now be seeing a different radiation guy who specializes in brachy-therapy.

Never heard of this.......Can anyone speak about this-the good and bad aspects of it and if it made a big difference?
