Ovarian Cancer stage 3

I have a friend, who's best friend has Ovarian Cancer stage 3 (and germ cell cancer?) It was found during pregnancy and she has been fighting the last 3 years. It is not responding to Chemo. Anyone similiar to her? Any new options she can look into? She is in her early 30's and lives in CA
