    It's good to see that MSKCC offers such a wide range of complementary services. We have similar provision in some parts of the UK. Do the other major cancer centres in the USA also have such offerings?

    Most but not all
    Yes, most provide some, but not as much. It's about half as good as Sloan in most places, quality and range wise.
