    husbands surgery
My husband and I did a lot of bonding before my surgery, we prayed a lot together and both lost a LOT of sleep. Talk to him of his fears and your fears we were on the same page when I went into surgery. As for when he comes out of surgery and wanting anything like I've seen posted here PAIN MEDS!!!I had an open as my tuner was on top left kidney they removed a rib to get to it.My surgery was 4 hours and I had my path report back in 2 or 3 days while I was still in the hospital anyway, as for instant I think they have to wait for the final report from a pathologist. Have lots of juice and toast on hand, I really didn't have much of an appetite for a couple of weeks. Good luck to you and your husband keep us posted( they should give him stool softener prescription)

    good luck!!
