    Started Sat. feeling sorry
    Started Sat. feeling sorry for myself because there was a big St. Patricks Day party all our friends were going to and we are stuck at home while Hubby recovers. Late afternoon I asked hubby if he wanted to go for a ride in our daughter's convertible to enjoy the nice day. He perked up afterward and we took a walk and we had a great meal with our children. Then we served as designated driver for the drunks at the party. It turned out to be a good day. My perception of a good day has certainly changed.

    All of our lives changed with the Big C. A lot of us evaluated what was really important in life, and to make those important things, more of a priority!

    we went away camping to patonga
    the family and about another 12 families for the annual cubs/scouts family weekend away.

    it was just awesome. no internet, no books, just fun and some sun.

    I hope everyones weekend was great.
