in Ovarian Cancer #1
from a wonderful woman I met awhile ago who runs an organization that raises monies and awareness for OVCA. She lost her daughter who was 24, and she works tirelessly in her daughter's name. She invited me to be her guest at a fundraiser and is sitting me at a table with other organizers of local run/walks and other events. She thinks I might be of help to newly diagnosed women and would like these other woman to meet me. I'm feeling very honored because these women travel all over the country meeting with different organizations and lobbying for funds. The keynote speaker is an OVCA survivor who is in the process of running a marathon in every state... she has 10 more to do! I'll let you know how it all turns out!

    I think you will be of great help and inspiration to those newly diagnosed women. I'm in awe of the marathon-running survivor who only has 10 states to go - awesome! Definitely give us a "report" after the event takes place.

    She asked the right woman to do it......... you have lifted my spirit when I was down and made me smile on what I call my rainy days.....you know days that you can't do anything but cry. I had found sun light in your smile so she picked the best one to offer help.
