I miss Lisa
I am finding it hard to come here. I can't believe Lisa is gone. I miss her. I miss her friendship and her support. She was here for me for the past 3 years and I just can't believe cancer took her from us and even more from her wonderful family. I can't believe her family is without her. I miss her spirit, I miss her determination and faith.
I know you understand.
Aloha,
Kathleen

Hi Kathleen
I too miss Lisa. She was such a kind and generous person. She was a bright light for so many in this dark storm. If there is a heaven, I'm sure she is there watching over her family and those of us that are her friends, "cyber" and in person. I believe you can still talk with her in your heart and she will be listening, encouraging you and **** as she always has.
Luv,

Lisa's Wonderful Service
Hi Kathleen,
This is Lisa's husband. We had a wonderful funeral service for Lisa last Sunday with nearly 400 people in attendance, which included a bagpiper playing "Amazing Grace". She was loved by many and I was blessed to be her husband for 21 years. Thank you for your kind words about Lisa. I find comfort in knowing that her suffering is over and she is now in paradise with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Some day I will be joining my beautiful wife in heaven. Andre0 -

I, too, miss Lisa very much. She prayed for those hurting and going through some tough times and also shared joy with those receiving some good news from their docs.
She truly cared for all the semi-colons and their caregivers on the board.
Andre and family I just cannot find words to express my deep sorrow for your loss. Your wife and mom was one of the best. She was kind to all, caring to all. I am so very sorry she is no longer here.
My best to your family as you face these most difficult weeks and months ahead. Thank you for sharing the photo video diary on the funeral home website. The photos were just beautiful, Lisa on her wedding day, with her babies, her face expressed complete love.

I miss her too
I try to avoid this topic and avoid this board... I miss Lisa a lot. Like many of you, she gave me so much support, both psychologically and spiritually.
I still cannot believe she is not here anymore. I still remember her voice, voice with love and determinations.
I hope her children are coping this well and ok.
Lots of love to her husband and children. I cannot imagine my life without my mum.

I look at her picture and smile... such a sweet soul with so much love and strength. I imagine her sitting next to her LORD with a smile on her face.0 -

I miss Lisa also. Every time I go on the board and there is a new topic. No supportive message from Lisa.
It was a shock to see her picture even now, but Thanks Andree for being on the board. It must be so hard for you, I know I have been there twice.
I treasure my memories of my husbands, sometimes I laugh and sometimes I cry,but memories are forever, knowing full well that some day we all will walk together in heaven.
May God bless you and keep you and your family in the palm of his hand.0 -

Andre,
Thank you so much for posting. Your presence is a big comfort and at the same time I hope our love for Lisa can provide some comfort for you at this very, very difficult time. She was a precious gem to so many of us. I thought of her and your family the whole way on my drive home today. My prayers stay with you.
I know we are all grieving together. Lisa gave so much. Thanks everyone for understanding.

Tears Kathleen...I miss her
Tears Kathleen...I miss her presence as well. I miss the words, the support, the knowing she was there. She was a part of who we are. She will always be a part of who we are. I had some special moments with Lisa that I treasure. My only comfort is knowing she no longer has to fight for a breath. Bless her family for they are the ones truely missing her presence. It must be so hard on her husband to be the strength for their kids. But the one thing they and we know without a doubt is that lady gave the cancer fight every single option that she could get her hands on a try! She did not let anything get by! ...The hardest part is the ones left behind are never ready to let go....But her spirit of love and inspiration will always always be around in our hearts, memories, and conversations.
Love ya, Gail0 -
I miss her too, just reading
I miss her too, just reading this makes me want to cry. She always had a kind word for everyone and was so supportive. I know she is in a better place, but she made this place better too.0 -

Lisa was one of the first people who reached out to me. I had anal cancer and before there was a forum for that I was on this board. I always stay close to this board as well and connected with Lisa privately as recently as a few weeks before her passing. I cried so much when I heard that she had taken a turn for the worse.
Lisa was an incredible person, so kind and giving. What a gift to the world she was.
Andre, thank you for posting. I can't imagine the magnitude of your pain and loss. I never met Lisa in person but just knowing her from these boards has left a void in my heart. I pray that God will grant you and your family strength and that Lisa's memory will be eternal and live through you and your children.
